Bespoke design does not include logo design, brand identity development or extensive copywriting unless agreed separately.
## Proofing and Approval
We will send you a digital proof before anything is printed.
Please check all names, telephone numbers, email addresses, website addresses, prices, dates and spelling carefully. Printing will only begin once you have approved the final artwork in writing.
## Delivery
Your business cards will normally be delivered within five working days of final artwork approval.
The turnaround begins when the artwork has been approved, not when the initial order is placed.
## Artwork Requirements
For the best results, uploaded artwork should be supplied as a print-ready PDF with:
* 3mm bleed
* CMYK colours
* High-resolution images
* Fonts embedded or converted to outlines
